A few years before Matt moved to the United States his dad, his brother and he built an enclosed veranda onto their home. It goes the length of the house and is about 6 feet wide. In the veranda is a long table, a big wood stove and grill where his dad grills the most amazing steaks, ribs and veggies you've ever had. He also cooks pizza in the wood stove. Last Sunday for dinner Matt's mom made white polenta, which was then grilled, and his dad grilled steaks. It was delicious! Of course I took pictures...take a look at the goodness that is the grill.

You have talked about his grilling, but I had no idea they had built that, I just figured he went outside and grilled like we do. That is outstanding,!
That kind of looks a little like my dream kitchen. A stove like that would rock. I want to see more pics of their house. Maybe Matt can help me build my indoor grill/stove. Cool!
